Then there was Debbie's revealing comment during the debate that everyone should know the development received unanimous approval. Disregard neighborhood opposition for a minute? I mean, look at State Rep Fennel for a moment who declares he is blameless when denying he understood any impact his letter to the state has made in recommending there not be an Environmental Study of the area concluded.
