Biggest Lie of the Year, 2013

Which of these statements is the Biggest Lie of the Year?

  • The computer had a virus.
  • The Marshall Bond will not raise taxes.
  • Taxes went down this year.
  • Officials did not have knowledge of Partner's plans.
  • The election office did not help 6 candidates forge their nomination papers.
  • The attempt to stop the Homeowners's Bill of Rights, Site Plan Review and the attempt to lift Special Permits and restrictions on lot sizes under 5,000 square feet, was not for a developer friend.
  • There is development on the waterfront.
  • Selling Lynn Woods is not the right time right now.
  • Your councilor and mayor are accessible.
  • The Ford School can not be a poll because the ramp is not handicap accessible.

What else?

Voter spoofing?

Something you should know.  This is a only a hypothesis.  Maybe...

Fact:  Savvy candidates use a voter database software to analyze how people vote and think to 'Get Out the Vote' at the polls.

The Democratic Committee uses VoteBuilder to analyze voter history.
The Republican Committee uses GOP Data Center.

Personal data frequently included in a voter database:
Name
Physical address
Mailing address
Phone number
Party membership or affiliation
Voting history (including federal, sub-national, primary, municipal, or special election voting history)
Absentee or military voter designations
Source of voter registration:  DMV/MVA, Public Assistance Office, etc.
Ethnicity or emerges race hypothesis
Gender
Birth date or age range

Data that may be included:

"Extreme voters" status (voters who vote very frequently)
Homeownership
Hunting or fishing license holders
Boat owners
Concealed Weapon Permit Holders
Occupation such as physical therapist, teacher, etc.
Charitable or political contributions
Magazine subscription status

Uses?
Candidates use this voter information to pull voters to the polls by targeting those who have a consistent history of voting and how they might vote.

But...

what is preventing Savvy candidates from using the voter database to analyze the history of WHO TRADITIONALLY DOESN'T VOTE, by using those abandoned ballots to fill the polls with their own people to cast a vote in someone else's name.  Some kind of organized union could manipulate large numbers over several district polling places.  Why not?

Not to give out any ideas, but lets face how easy the ballot system is to manipulate with this much knowledge.  Asking for an ID at the polls may not be so undemocratic after all.  It could protect democracy.

If you think being apathetic by not voting is not hurting anyone, think again.

Lynn & democratic committees racist?

WARD 1, a predominantly caucasian and probably mostly a municipal union inhabited ward, has 3 polling places.  Three.  Three.  Would one say this increases community interest easily to access these communal school locations?

All other wards have 1 polling place, except for Ward 5.  Ward 5 is a mix of caucasian and different vibrant races and ....

I bet you're thinking this unbinds any suspicion that the polls were intentionally located to attract caucasian voters if Ward 5 has two polls within a mixed constituency.

But!

In WARD 5 the two polling places are within a block of one another in the mecca of caucasian senior citizen communities within the multitude of towers surrounding the polls at Lynn Voc. Tech Annex and LHA (Lynn Housing Authority) Community Hall.   Make you wonder?

AND!!!

WARD 6's poll is located around the corner from the two polls in WARD 5 right near... the elderly towers.  How about them apples?
Nothing like spreading the polling locations around the city to get an even equilimbrium of voter attraction?

Shall I question more?
Is WΑRD 4's poll intentionally nearest the other senior towers and upper Diamond District?
Is WARD 2's poll, a private school intentionally positioned towards upper limits area?

What more?

Are there any democratic committees in Lynn?   Who knows?

What does democratic mean?
Democratic means favoring or characterized by social equality.

Well, how come in a non-partisan municipal election, democratic committees supported certain caucasian democratic candidates and not others of color?

Gallo, Crighton, Cahill, Chakoutis... who supported you?

Some non-democratic committee?   Maybe someone will make a report.

Mayor Weeks conspire in job bidding

It may not be more entertaining than the candid thought of picturing the mayor or her consultant on their hands and knees in the dark in the computer conspiracy, but the details of what came out of this questioning is disturbing, far more serious and damaging to the public.

It is not legal to manipulate the public bidding process for employment.   Second, what is the reason in creating a computer consulting position if there already was a capable fully functional IT Dept. at City Hall?

Changing Lynn

Wiki leaks is an audacious idea to some, seen as negativity.  Some people run for office to change the negative politics of this city.  Is this a negative tradition in itself to cheer a fallout or if politics were always perfect would the need for reelection and change need to occur?

Here we just want to make changes in our community by stating the truth.  Email lynnwikileaks@gmail.com to share public info anonymously.

To change any level of unscrupulousness in our community, there needs to be truth to power and open government.   Power is not in one politician alone to make changes, but the ability of one to move with the community, spread awareness and share the truth.

To many Wiki Leaks is a bright glare of public scrutiny into places government would rather keep hidden; to others it is vandal to the secrecy of maintaining function.

Is Wikileaks just an expression valve or will it change the public's understanding of the relationships in government in any real and lasting way, or is it just another media preoccupation?   This is written for you to decide.

Ward 4 Councilor Collucci bribes person for vote?

I can't make this stuff up.

In this person's affidavit, this person hereby deposes they were attempted to be bribed not once but twice by Councilor Collucci himself and a member of his campaign team to vote for him as a Ward 4 Councilor.   Guys, isn't there a cheaper way to win the people's vote without resorting to alleged illegal activity?

Thanks to a few peeps for sharing this information.

Ask for money, get advice.

Ask for advice get money twice.
Has anyone stopped to ask who they're asking?

Debbie Plunkett is stomping around neighborhoods to deny allegiance with the Boulderwoods developer Solimine after being placed on the spotlight during the Ward 1 Debate in having accepted a large sum of donations from the developer's family and the blasting company.

facebook.com/VoteLozzi
Even the Mayor's election committee has ignored documenting donations received from the developer on their campaign contribution disclosures.

Then there was Debbie's revealing comment during the debate that everyone should know the development received unanimous approval.  Disregard neighborhood opposition for a minute?   Is someone giving Debbie debate advice?    Mistakes can happen to anyone?  I mean, look at State Rep Fennel for a moment who declares he is blameless when denying he understood any impact his letter to the state has made in recommending there not be an Environmental Study of the area concluded.  He was asked to write the letter by guess who.

Why did Debbie decorate the project's approval?  Let us take at look at those approvals.

Registry of Deeds, Plan Book 296, page 80, Date January 1995
Lynn Planning Board Approval for subdivision signed by Stilian, Fennell & Crompton

Here is another tid bit.

State Rep. Robert Fennel was a member of the planning board when he signed off on the subdivision back in 1995.   According to the Mass Conflict of Interest Law, Fennel would be forever banned from appearing as an agent on the project.  Therefore when Fennel wrote a letter to the state in support of the project with the newer title as State Rep this appears to be in conflict with the ethics laws.  Google Fennell + Boulderwoods or Solimine.

So in case you missed it the first time.
Why is Solimine generously supporting Phelan's and Lozzi's opponents in elections?
Read these letters and decide for yourself.

Many thanks to peeps for the information.

Gentrification fools

Lynn, Lynn. You never come out the way you went in.

In the Highlands Coalition Mayor Debate at the Ford School, the question of gentrification popped up.  The question was what will the candidates do to see that gentrification does not displace the current residents of the city.  Each candidate stated a hearty answer to help current residents stay in their homes.    Gentrification is a hot word lately.   A few townies wanted to change the image of Lynn by bringing in a different class of people.  One wanted to change the name of Lynn.  A few new downtownies they brought in, thought they could change Lynn also.   Links to this stuff is out there.

In the end what all see is that Lynners are just real people and new comers see what Lynners see.

See the love from Seth Albaum.  Seth is a new downtowner, but before he got to Lynn he was already a really real person.  Seth, in his own free time is at nearly every occurring Lynn event photographing or video taping then sharing the happenings on LynnHappens.com.

Seth is actually better than all that.  Even after he lost the Ward 5 council race by 5 votes to his challenger Jake Keo, he turned around and endorsed him.

Lynn Firefighters praise who and why?

Two dozen Lynn firefighters wore yellow T-shirts proclaiming support for Congressman Tierney reelection, writes the Daily Item.

The Professional Firefighters of Massachusetts President Edward Kelly said Tierney fought to secure federal grants to expand the fire department since 2009.

Why talk about this now from 2012?  Because during a mayoral debate in this year of 2013, Mayor Kennedy credited herself with keeping the fire stations open and hiring more firefighters.

We know who accepted the grant, who fought for the grant, but who requested the grant?

Shared by someone who read this on facebook somewhere.

Events after the death of Denis Reynoso

Following the days after the tragedy has escalated to national news, video footage from inside the Lynn Police Station was taken on the day of the rally supporting the memory of Denis Reynoso, a retired veteran who was shot and killed by a LPD officer while he was watching his 5 year old son in the privacy of his own home, unarmed. His widowed fiancé confronts officers inside the station during the rally.

Council President Tim Phelan is said to have endorsed appointing an independent investigator into the death of Denis Reynoso.

A petition is circulating the web on change.org requesting Lynn's Mayor Judith Kennedy, and Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick to provide an independent investigation into the murder of Iraq war veteran Denis Reynoso.

As energy burns into the outcries of rallies, where are the solutions?

Mayor and Ward 1 Candidates Debut

The debates in Ward 1 at the Knights of Columbus...

Beginning Ward 1 candidates Wayne Lozzi and Debra Plunkett

Reveal on question 1
Boulerwoods and cul-de-sac cut through, impact on neighborhood.

Debra Plunkett answers - The project was 'approved' by the Lynn Planning Board.
Does this mean Plunkett 'approves' of the development despite neighborhood opposition?  Despite, wasn't there a bit of wrong with the approvals in how the process skipped further studies of the area?

Wayne Lozzi next points out Debra's major campaign supporters:  Solimine family and a person from the blasting company working on Boulderwoods.

Debra Plunkett rebuts saying Lozzi received donations from Solimine in past from 2005.  Did Debra just make Wayne look like an angel if this didn't stop him from fighting Solimine's development?

Next question
Citizen requests for DPW service in the neighborhoods.
Debra Plunkett said she will address every issue, unlike the present.
Wayne rebuts revealing DPW is understaffed.
Right? Is it fair new comers pick up to say they will do a better job when the Mayor didn't balance the budget to include more DPW support?  Current ward councilors have zero control.  Hey, was that intentional?

Wyoma Square and the Hospital services is fine and dandy.

These were the highlights of the debate.

Next...

Mayor candidates Judy Kennedy and Tim Phelan

Some highlights...
Mayor diffuses question of salaries, blaming council for taking a percentage of mayor's salary.  If lowered would be $1-2 grand less?  What is a bigger deal?...   Let's hear how the mayor with the same theory that one doesn't need a college degree to be a CFO, yet gives Department Heads raises sinking the city's budget?   Tim too classy to identify the issue or is he afraid to go against the unions?

This is the biggest issue in Lynn and why we don't see services.

Other colorful comments came from Phelan on moving the Shelter from downtown to another area, in order to improve the center.  And where is the budge to make repairs in schools?  Are our children going to have to wait 10+ years before something is fixed?

Watch the debate on Lynn Cam TV channels or Lynn Happens for more of the debate.

1, 2, 3 little Indians on Green St

Shame on the Mayor, Ward Councillor, former Councillor, and Community Development Director.
Public letters from officials were shared with us today by an anonymous person.

Considering an HUGE neighborhood opposition exists with petitions of 97% of the signatories living in the ward, Mayor Judith Flanagan Kennedy and Ward 4 Councillor Colucci AND Community Development Director Jamie Marsh sent letters of support to the Zoning Board of Appeals for a project consisting of 5-6 units to be on a 1-2 unit lot on Green St.   Following are the Mayor's and Marsh's letter.  Colucci's letter will be uploaded as soon as received.

When do people in a neighborhood matter?

Does the Mayor understand the laws of the land?  In the Mayor's letter of support, she is citing to heavily rely on views expressed in a 2007 approval.   Excuse me, wasn't the 2007 approval illegal, in noncompliance with zoning use regulations?

The next hearing, which shouldn't be even hearing is at the ZBAthis Tuesday Oct. 1 at 6:30pm, Rm. 301, Lynn City Hall.

Show me the money!

"True terror is to wake up one morning and discover that your high school class is running the country." - Kurt Vonnegut

I don't see any American dream; I see an American nightmare.

Sometimes popular kids are drawn by peer pressure, drugs;  in the adult world illuminate wannabes form a secret society like the one responsible for the development of the cultural operating system behind every decision you have ever made in your entire life.  And now they are telling YOU how to vote.

Let's look at who is endorsing who for local elections and possibly why.

The North Shore Labor Council
(Teacher's, Police and Fire Unions) is endorsing the following candidates:

Lynn School Committee
Maria Carrasco
Donna Coppola
John Ford
Charlie Gallo
Lorraine Gately (former teacher)

Councillor at large
Buzzy Barton (former teacher, fireman)
Dan Cahill
Brendan Crighton
Miguel Funez
Hong Net

Lining up the council and school committee for conformism?  I bet these preferred candidates are the least likely to argue with their top preferred candidate Mayor Kennedy.  School Committee candidates didn't offer to correct the lies pumped out behind the Marshall Middle School.  Look at the recent computer scandal.  Cahill, Net, Crighton, Barton voted to not subpoena the Mayor's IT consultant to figure out the facts.  Funez?  Isn't he a Kennedy follower mirroring Solimine's goals for just business in this city?

Are the unions shooting themselves in the foot spreading the votes among their preferred candidates for the Nov election?   Many voters might weigh the power of numbers in reverse psychology to return balance to the voting system; and in the reverse might bullet vote a candidate they would like to see elected not necessarily by following the union's preferred list to line up the council?  Just a theory.

What do Illuminati wannabes have to do with Lynn Elections?

What do the Illuminati do?
Oh, you know, conspiracy stuff. Assassinations (not here/ only Abuse of Authority), manipulation, tax money cheating, nonprofit pyramid schemes, halftime shows. All executed through puppet institutions and groups following bobble head politicians, the Freemasons, and cool showtime performers. And all carefully controlled and hidden to ensure that their meddling in world affairs will remain secret.

What's the end goal of the Illuminati?
The end goal of the Illuminati is to establish a one-world authoritarian government known as the New World Order.

...and then?
Here, theories differ. Some of the internet's finest minds, writing on scholarly websites like Yahoo Answers, believe that the first order of business will be to round all non-Illuminati up into FEMA camps, possibly as part of a deal struck with aliens. Many, if not most, experts believe that the New World Order will be a front for the rise of the Antichrist.

The Antichrist?
Yes. The Illuminati not the brainwashed soldiers are made up of Satanists.

Satanists? Maybe an extremist point of view but simply
defined as selfish opportunists living for personal gain by following the money......

Sub-commentary

"Rebellion to Tyrants is Obedience to God". Benjamin Franklin's seal
echoes the Declaration of Independence:

"We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. . . whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive to these Ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its Foundation on such Principles, and organizing its Powers in such Form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness."

Why do two different corporations have nearly identical names, one being a profit and one a nonprofit?

And why is Edward, Clancy Jr. a Board of Director in both of Solimine's nonprofit corps as Solimine is a keen supporter to Mayor Kennedy?  Is Kennedy aware of the connections or is everyone one big happy family?  Show me your friends?
